4. Payment Terms

• Advertisers are required to pay in full before the advertisement goes live on the website.

• All payments must be made in GBP (£). BestCreatorHub reserves the right to modify its fees at any time but will provide reasonable notice in advance for existing advertisers.

• Late payments or non-payments may result in the suspension or removal of your advertisement without refund.

5. Placement and Duration

• Advertisements will be displayed in the position and for the duration agreed as stated in our "advertise with us" section on our main site.

• 12 month creator profile advertisement fee is stated in the shopping cart, variable from time to time.

• Amendment fee may be required for any alteration to a active profile. £20 one off fee.

• BestCreatorHub is not responsible for downtime or technical issues that may temporarily prevent your advertisement from being displayed, though we will work to resolve any such issues promptly.

6. Advertising Restrictions

The following types of advertisements are prohibited on BestCreatorHub:

• Illegal or fraudulent businesses.

• Images or context that may be offensive, no nudity, some images may need to be moderated.

• Adult images on this website, but links to adult sites allowed.

• Hate speech or any discriminatory material.

• Misleading job offers, multi-level marketing schemes, or pyramid schemes.
